One of the biggest “ah ha” moments I had in my business is when I realized that I set up my Administrative Assistant to fail.
I asked them to make sales calls but I put them in an environment that wasn’t conducive to a phone sales person.
As I thought about it…
- There’s loud music
- There’s a Coach yelling on a mic
- People are constantly stopping at their desk
- They had sticky notes everywhere that distracted them
They were never going to win in a place that scrambles your brain and drains your focus. They needed to concentrate and have the ability to dial for dollars.
That’s when I decided to test out a new approach. I hired a remote sales person who would be distraction-free and would be set up to win. They just needed to call, nurture and convert!
And the results were astounding.
After I trained them, gave them all the tools they needed, and gave them a daily checklist to follow…..they sold 3x more than our admins with fewer hours. It was a HUGE WIN for our company!
That’s how Gym Reinforcements was born.
