I’m a very optimistic guy but sometimes I have to shoot straight and tell you how it is.

This is a list of 3 fails I’ve seen from Gym Owners and their lead nurture system.

And it’s heart-breaking because it’s one of the key areas that’s holding them back from more time freedom and money freedom. But I will give you a way to fix it at the end.

Here’s the top 3 lead nurture fails…

#1) Coach Follow Up

I’ve made this mistake, maybe you have too. You have a Coach who wants more hours and volunteers to do lead follow up but they drop the ball big time. And it costs your business money two fold – their high dollar payroll and multiple leads slipping through the cracks.

#2) Minimal Availability

Most Gym Owners are juggling multiple things like marketing, payroll, hiring, culture and client results. When the Owner is doing lead follow up their availability is slim pickings and the customer loses in that scenario. If you have a family and want to spend evenings with them, good luck trying to grow your business with only AM-availability.

#3) Hit-Or-Miss Follow Up

Sometimes you catch people when they opt-in, sometimes you don’t, That hit-or-miss type of follow up is like trying to grow your business by stepping on the gas pedal and the brake at the same time. You need consistent follow up so it’s all gas, no brake!

There’s a million automations, AI bots and other ways to follow up with your leads but at the end of the day….they need to talk to a HUMAN!
